Candied Hazelnut 60% Dark Milk Chocolate

ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE: We love having an opportunity to explore more exotic flavour and textural combinations that are not typically found in our line of dark chocolates. Plus, using a larger, more playful bar and coating delicious things in chocolate is fun! Hazelnuts and chocolate are a common pairing. Who hasn’t had Nutella? So, for this bar we took it a step further and sourced the best locally grown hazelnuts. Who knew hazelnuts were even grown in Ontario? They come from The Nutty Neighbours in the Niagara region and are bursting with flavour. We candied the hazelnuts before enrobing them in our Madagascar dark milk chocolate.
