Raspberry Rose 58% Dark Milk Chocolate

ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE: We love having an opportunity to explore more exotic flavour and textural combinations that are not typically found in our line of dark chocolates. Plus, using a larger, more playful bar and coating delicious things in chocolate is fun! Raspberry and rose are the perfect pair. When enjoyed on their own, the experience can be rather intense. However when combined together, it opens up a new world of flavour. We use Ontario grown and freeze dried raspberries, which are refined into the chocolate. The addition of rose oil balances the intensity from the raspberries and contributes a floral undertone that lingers on the tongue long after the chocolate has been enjoyed. We sprinkle local, organic dried rose petals on the back for an added splash of colour and flavour. NET WEIGHT: 100g
